years of success in retail automotive sales and operations management Strong technical knowledge of the automotive industry, including experience with diagnostics, general repairs and maintenance Practical experience in vehicle servicing and repairs Good diagnostic skills to identify service requirements and assessments Exceptional customer service skills to deal with customer concerns or complaints Ability to interpret customers' descriptions of their vehicle problems and translate those into clear instructions for service technicians Excellent communication skills, organizational, selling and customer service skills Maximize efficiency, revenue and productivity of the store, while achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction Solid computer skills Must be energetic, motivated and able to work independently Valid driver's license with clean driving record Job Type:
